Submitting Support Tickets and Work Orders

To improve our helpdesk functions, the IT teams are moving to a new ticketing platform from Zoho.  Some of you may have started receiving emails from a different system this morning; I just wanted to pass along that these are real and safe.  You can continue to use the same email addresses that you have always used to submit tickets, or you can go to the new ticketing portal at helpdesk.newvista.org

 

For the new portal;

Select Sign In from the top bar

Then click on the Microsoft 365 icon (that orange box) under Sign In to connect to the system using your email account.
